Nathaniel Sisitsky leads the company’s global legal, compliance and corporate governance functions. He advises the executive leadership team and our Board of Directors on corporate governance, regulatory matters, strategic transactions and risk management, supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational priorities.

Prior to joining QuidelOrtho, Mr. Sisitsky most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at STAAR Surgical Company, where he led global legal and compliance functions and supported key strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at NuVasive, Inc., where he oversaw global legal operations and played a key role in the company’s $3.1 billion merger with Globus Medical, Inc. He also held senior legal leadership roles at CareFusion Corporation and American Tower Corporation and began his career at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.

Mr. Sisitsky holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Emory University.
