Micah Young leads the global finance organization for QuidelOrtho, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations and financial operations. He brings more than 25 years of finance leadership experience across medical technology, healthcare and public accounting sectors, with deep expertise in financial strategy, operational execution, capital allocation and business transformation.

Prior to joining QuidelOrtho, Mr. Young served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Masimo Corporation, a global medical technology company. At Masimo, he helped lead a period of accelerated revenue growth, significant operational improvement, disciplined capital allocation and complex transaction activity. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at NuVasive, Inc. and Zimmer Holdings, Inc., and began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Young holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and criminal justice from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
